“Beyond the Lighthouse” team visits Farol da Guia (Portugal), 12 April 2024

Guia Lighthouse/ Farol da Guia at Cascais was visited by team members of the “Beyond the Lighthouse” project during 12 April 2024. Two lighthouse keepers from Direcção de Faróis kindly gave an in-depth explanation about this historical lighthouse in Portuguese coast, as well as shared their knowledge about the evolution of lighthouse technologies overtime and its enduring relevance in our present time.
