The creative proposal for the virtual reality application is mostly based on the following authors and pieces of work: 
– the aesthetics is based on William Turner’s maritime paintings,
– the soundtrack for the short introductory animation is based on the song “Johnny I Hardly Knew Ya” by Joseph B. Geoghegan,
– the final short-story is based on Miguel de Cervantes’ “Don Quixote”, playing with the main characters of this classic narrative.
